Arbitrating disputes between partners and shareholders

Disputes between partners and shareholders and between these individuals and a company inhibit the company’s activities regardless of their reasons and adversely affect the profitability of the company. Hence, arbitration and dispute settlement are of significant importance.

Iran Arbitration Center is ready to accept arbitration requests and provide arbitration advice with the aim of settling the disputes among companies, partners, and shareholders by employing the experts and arbitrators, who have a mastery of the rights of shareholders and companies in different types of Iranian companies and are aware of the arbitration mechanisms included and not included in the Articles of Association of Companies as well as the legal nature of companies, enterprises, and business regulations in Iran.
